Finish 1, Start Another
As I made my way through a rainy weekend, I finished this:
which now looks like this:
the infamous clapotis
tourmeline colourway, from Mama-E

And then I spontaneously decided to cast-on for this:

This will be the Lace Kerchief Shawl from Interweave Knits 2006 Holiday Issue. This knits so quick, is so fun, and it looks far more difficult than it really is. I am using Brown Sheep cotton fleece from the stash!

What type of yarn did you use from Mama E? I'm looking around to do another Clapotis for myself, and I would love to hear about yours!
Your new one is gorgeous! (It fits Project Spectrum too, which makes it even better!)
Oh, lovely yarn & job on teh clapotis! Enjoy.
Oh my gosh, your Clapotis is FABULOUS!!! I just love it. The colors are perfect for the pattern. That Lace Kerchief Scarf is so pretty too - it makes me want to cast on for one. (I'm trying to stay strong though).
