Let's talk bamboo

How about I tell you how lovely this yarn is . . . how soft, and silky it is? How it just runs through my fingers, changing colors ever so quietly? This stuff is a sock-knitters, dream, I tell you.

The color is 1069, “blue sea”-- but let’s just say, it is navy, light blue and khaki-cream--and these colors, mottled together, are screaming: boy, boy, boy with a uniform (aka, my son in his school uniform!!). I decided to use a simple rib-- 3 knit, 2 purl--which (I think) is working perfect with the yarn. I’d go on about it, but, my bamboo sock is waiting for me.
